On Thursday 2nd April 2015, Hannah was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma. She was treated at the Churchill Hospital in Oxford and had been in remission for one year.

On 12th January 2017 after a brief battle with Leukaemia, Hannah sadly passed away.

Maggie’s played a huge part in Hannah’s life and was very close to her heart, she found comfort within their support.

In memory of Hannah, her family would like any kind donations to go to Maggie’s.
